Rules of La Casa Rural de Carlos

• La Fábrica has a maximum capacity for 5 people
• El Secadero has a maximum capacity for 4 people.
• El Rincón de Laieta has a maximum capacity for 3 people.
• Perfect for people and families looking for tranquility.
• The garden is shared between the three houses.
• It is forbidden to hold parties or meetings that cause inconvenience to other tenants or neighbors.
• PROHIBITED FIRE ON ALL THE HOUSE INCLUDING THE GARDEN.
• SMOKING IS PROHIBITED WITHIN THE HOUSES. TOBACCO LAW 42/2010, 30 DECEMBER 2010.
• The owner may ask to leave the accommodation in case of complying with the rules of the house.
• Pets are allowed, provided they do not cause inconvenience to other tenants.
• The houses are delivered clean and in perfect state of habitability. In addition to a set of sheets and towels and kitchen equipment. There is no cleaning service or change of bed linen during the stay.
• Upon delivery of the keys, the entire reservation must be paid.
• In case of damages, will be paid before departure.
• No increase of people is allowed inside the apartments or in the garden areaduring the stay.
• Departure time will be 12:00 hrs and the entrance time will be at 17:00 hrs.
