A unique enclave surrounded by orange fields.
The house is located in the town of Xeresa (Valencia). A town of 2,300 inhabitants belonging to the region of La Safor, 2 km far from the beach L’Ahuir, and 7 km from Gandia, capital of the Comarca, (4 km far from the beach). Xeresa is right in the center of Valencia (45 minutes) and Alicante (50 minutes).
La Casa Rural de Carlos was an old factory of combs and buttons that today we have turned into three separate apartments that overlook the interior garden. El Rincon de Laieta, El Secadero and La Fábrica. When we built them we only thought about the tranquility that the village offers, in its interior garden (shared with the appartments), in its views to orange groves and the smell of orange blossom that they give off during flowering, And above all, in its location: in the town of Xeresa but in one of the streets that leave the locality towards the orchards of orange trees. From the door of the house there is a splendid panorama in which the orchards of orange trees and the mountains are combined, emphasizing by its singularity the Monduber.
El Ricón de Laieta is small. In its 50 m2 it has a small dining room next to the kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed.
El Secadero is a house a little bigger of 70 m2. It is a villa with 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom, dining room and kitchen.
La Fábrica is a loft house of 150 m2 with 1 double room and 1 triple room (1 double bed and 1 single bed), bathroom, kitchen open to the living room where there is a sofa bed more. The house overlooks the shared garden and can accommodate up to 5 people.
All of them have direct access to the garden and kitchen-barbecue.
It has all the advantages of a village: its quiet streets, its typical shops, its corners, green and recreational areas, the sports center with the municipal swimming pool and its walks.
The sports center and the municipal swimming pool are 50 meters from the house.
The beach of l’Ahuir only 2 km and the beach of Gandia 4 km.
